Surely Japan is the country that invests more in research and development of robotics. Currently, Japan has 410.000 of 720.000 industrial robots around the world, just as we’ve seen prototypes of robots that will soon be in every household, at least, that is your goal for 2015.
And what better way to ensure that its greatness by erecting realistic giant robots, Gundam recently (RX78-2), 18 meters high, about 35 tons and an estimated price of $ 725 million dollars just in materials, was assembled in Odaiba , Tokyo to celebrate 30 years of Mobile Suit Gundam.

Now plan to build the park in Kobe Wakamatsu, Japan a Tetsujin 28 (aka Gigantor 28 or Iron Man) will be 18 meters tall and weighed about 50 tons. This will begin to assemble in late July in time to be presented at a ceremony on October 4. Unlike the Gundam in Tokyo this would be a permanent installation.
