Sony BRAVIA Z5500, with Internet connection and Motionflow 200Hz



Sony updates its model Z4550, whose most prominent feature is its technology Motionflow 200Hz with Sony Bravia Z5500, which includes Internet connectivity through AppliCast.
Thanks to its Ethernet port, we can access web content like RSS feeds and we will have on-screen widgets that display a range of information, a calendar, to pictures, to a calculator, alarm, … all accessible through an interface XrossMediaBar. It’s also DLNA compatible


The Sony Bravia Z5500 will be available in three sizes, 40, 46 and 52 inches, all with support for FullHD resolution. They come prepared for the future, as its digital tuner supports high resolution. Thanks to the Bravia Engine 3 and Motionflow 200Hz, the image quality must be optimal in any case.

To all this is joined by the concern to reduce energy consumption, decreasing between 25 and 35% over previous models, and including an auto power function when no input signal for a period of time. It also incorporates a button to turn it off completely, preventing and reducing standby power consumption to zero.
