The Google Phone is not multitouch

We were all hoping to see a worthy rival to the iPhone on the Google Phone, but the first disappointing news coming from the hand of the technology used for the screen is not multitouch … that is, it is your phone has an OLED display better than the iPhone, with more resolution, better camera (with flash), a more powerful processor, making it really fast, but … it can only detect a touch on the screen and not many though technically the screen can detect more than one simultaneously pressing, today there are limitations to the terminal operating system that prevent able to use this functionality, so we can forget zooming with two fingers or games that require controls serious, at least in the browser and Google Maps, two of the star applications of this terminal.

The truth is that if we were Google, would not dare to take a mobile with our brand without is not guaranteed to really make a difference, first, with other Android devices that use a common operating system, and second, obviously, with the iPhone.

It is no use having the best hardware and a truly impressive display when the most important failure; The usability and user interface. The iPhone certainly has much improved, but its usability is beyond doubt. This is where Apple really gave the great bell and surprised everyone with a phone that behaves just like a computer.
