Mozilla gives $ 3000 a young man of 12 years to find a security bug in Firefox


Recently, Mozilla, the company behind the Firefox browser awarded $ 3000 a boy of 12 years. This young man spent over 10 days, 90 minutes a day to look for a big security bug in that browser and ended up finding one, but has not revealed what was that error.

The little hacker, known as Alex Miller and a resident of San Jose (USA) found several minor errors, but also a thickness which earned him a reward of $ 3000 by Mozilla. The boy has donated $ 100 to an institution animal protection non-profit and the rest probably save or maybe buy a new computer.
