Samsung, just ahead of the Christmas campaign and the release of Windows 7 has officially arrived in Spain from its long-awaited N and X series laptops.
The new N series consists of the Samsung N130 and N140, a step forward in the world of ultraportables that come with these models at a mature stage interesting and away from the idea of toys.
The N130 will be available for $ 300, while the N140 model start from EUR 330.
The Samsung N130 is a sensible evolution of the ultra-fetish of the mark. It includes an Atom processor N270 with the usual accompanying him: hard disk of 160 GB and 1 GB of RAM. The most interesting part comes with the excellent 10-inch LED screen, the ability to add 3G connectivity and WiFi network.
We can not fail to mention autonomy, which reaches 7.5 hours, or keyboard almost complete. It weighs more than 1.3 kg.
His partner in the N series is the Samsung N140, whose main difference is the battery life, rising to 11 hours. Now that’s an ultraportable!
The other models range that opens is the X series computers halfway between ultraportables and traditional computers. They have a slim, attractive and very content weights between 1.4 and 2 kg, although their screens are between 11 and 15.6 inches.
In these models the processor is an Intel dual-core, and also presumed autonomy record up to 9 hours for the X120 model, the smallest of all.
The prices of these models in the range X are higher than those of the ultraportable, but still worth it if we combined power with portability: 650 euros for the X520, x420 for 600 euros and 500 euros for some attractive model X120 that even includes HDMI output.
