A solar plant on the moon


SolarWhy build solar plants on Earth as the moon is vacant? That is what some of Japan’s Shimizu boys have been thinking.
This mega-project, known as Moon Ring, proposes the creation of a solar plant that runs around the lunar Ecuador, forming a ring of 6800 miles long. What everyone should ask is who is going to build such a thing in such a place. Simple. Robots.
In addition have also devised a way to generate water through the lunar soil and hydrogen. And another thing we all ask ourselves is how energy is transferred back home. Easy too. Using microwave to be captured by ground stations.
